Blantyre Victoria Football Club have submitted planning application for the Installation of a new artificial playing surface at Forrest Street Blantyre.
The Planning application received by South Lanarkshire Council requests their consideration for a new football playing surface at KG Stadium (Castle Park), six 15 metre high floodlights, a 5 metre high security fence with access gates and associated alterations.
Blantyre is badly needing better sporting facilities, something fit for purpose . Planning permission however, still has to be granted.
