A planning application has been submitted to South Lanarkshire Council to create 26 new ‘affordable’ homes in East Kilbride.
The development proposed on 15th December 2023, seems to create 26 new apartments for social rent on the site of the United Reformed Church at Carnegie Hill, East Kilbride.
Standard consultation was carried out on 27th December 2023 and the deadline for determining the plans is 14th February.
