Time for a wee bit of positivity on the page. We bumped into Paul Barrett in the Main Street at the weekend there.
You may have read that Paul has started the ‘Addicted to Life’ recovery group, help weekly in Blantyre. Following his own recovery from addiction, Paul took the brave steps of helping others and a strong, group has formed, promoting wellbeing, guidance and togetherness…a true celebration of life!
Inspired by the group and knowing they’re just starting out, we arranged filled rolls, coffee and teas for the group worth £80 for their next meeting. This was made possible with thanks to the very kind people currently subscribed to Blantyre Telegraph Supporters Group. Well done Paul B! You’re making a real difference.
