We were delighted to be amongst many excited local people invited along to the soft launch of the Barnhill Tavern, Blantyre.
Dozens of people had the opportunity last night, Wednesday 26th June 2024 to see the interior and finishings inside the newly renovated public house on Bardykes Road, for the very first time.
A fantastic evening in good company, which turned into a few more ‘refreshments’ than planned! The ‘soft launch’ evening, one of two planned this week was an opportunity for owners and staff to ‘find their feet’ in their new environment and of course to start letting people see what a transformation has taken place. Those familiar with this pub in previous decades, will be surprised (as we were!) at how large the customer areas are now. It was wonderful to chat to everybody and hear all the positive feedback.
Both inside and outdoor spaces are absolutely stunning. A high quality of finishes throughout as we’ve now come to expect from the Carrigan family. May we take this opportunity to thank them on behalf of everybody visiting last night for their kind hospitality.
