Further details have been released by Police Scotland after a crash at Bardykes Road last Saturday.
Emergency services, including police and medical crews attended the scene at the B758 Bardykes Road, Blantyre around 11pm on the evening of Saturday 27th July 2024 following reports of a one vehicle crash.
Police officers arrested and charged a 51-year-old woman in connection with the incident. She is due to appear in court on a later date.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: “Around 11pm on Saturday, 27 July, 2024, we were called to a report of a one car road crash in Bardykes Road, Blantyre. Officers attended and a 51-year-old woman was arrested and charged in connection. She was released on an undertaking to appear in court at a later date.” We hope nobody was injured.
