Autumnal Garden Visitor

Autumn has well and truly arrived. As the leaves turn colour, we’ve had a few wildlife visitors to our own garden this week. Foxes, robins, pigeons and the latest, this wee grey squirrel, who has been carefully taking peanuts from the bird feeders, and hiding them away in various buried spots around the garden.

Making its own plans preparing for Winter, we had to laugh as this High Blantyre squirrel found a chestnut, and realising it was a bit big to eat, decided to carry it, pushing it around the garden in a vain bid to find somewhere safe to bury!
