ScotRail has said a train has developed a fault between Blantyre and Newton station in Cambuslang.
As of late afternoon, services between Larkhall and Balloch, Milngavie and Motherwell via Blantyre, and Glasgow Central to Newton are subject to delays and alterations.
Major disruption to the Blantyre line this evening continues. Please check before travelling.
