Had a message or two about this over the last few weeks, about the rubbish being tipped near public bins.
There’s constantly rubbish at the side of the charity bins (near the top of the Asda carpark). Bags of unwanted things, in amongst broken glass. It can take a while for this to be picked up or collected, and some nearby residents have complained it is an eyesore, not to mention unhygienic.
One resident told us, “The bags could likely be put in the wheelie bin. There is just no need. I feel people see things dumped there and think its ok to add to the piles of rubbish sitting outside the bins.”
