A few residents have been wondering what these notices are all about, pinned to various lampposts and signs around Blantyre (mainly Village and Coatshill)
BT is installing ducts up to various new poles, as they continue their equipment upgrades.
This is not to be confused with the council installing new 10m street lighting poles this week at Cowan Wilson Avenue, Berkley Drive and Heathcliffe Avenue.
