Make a Difference in Young Lives as an Early Interventions Youth Navigator
Regenfx Youth Trust is a well-established charitable youth organisation, proud to have created Scotland’s first-ever visible Youth Recovery Service – The GIVIT. Our innovative approach supports young people aged 11–25 who are impacted by problematic alcohol and substance use, blending youth work with harm reduction, rapid access to CBT Counselling and a robust recovery model.
We’re looking for a committed Early Interventions Youth Navigator to work within our GIVIT some STREET Project. You will work with young people aged 11–20 yrs who are taking risks around alcohol and substance use or are affected by a loved one’s problematic substance use.
Larkhall / Hamilton £26,023 – £28,158. Full Time or Part Time.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide meaningful 1:1 support and facilitate group sessions for young people engaging with our service.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships grounded in respect, care, and understanding.
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced team, with opportunities to learn and develop through comprehensive training and shadowing.
