US Bombs Iran’s Nuclear Sites: Impact on Israel-Iran Relations

World News next. The US bombs three major nuclear sites in Iran, bringing the country directly into the Israel-Iran conflict.

Donald Trump says the strikes “totally obliterated” Iran’s nuclear enrichment facilities, and tells Tehran to “make peace” or face “far greater” attacks in future.

In response, Iran’s foreign minister warns of “everlasting consequences” to the “outrageous” strikes.

The UN’s nuclear watchdog says no increase in radiation levels has been detected. The UK was not involved in the US strikes but was told about them in advance.

Have your say. Is the US meddling in other countries affairs? Was the UK right to stay out of this?

  1. The Western world has been in agreement for many years that Iran must not have nuclear warhead capability. That includes the UK.
IF President Trump is not exaggerating by saying Iran’s nuclear capability has been “completely and totally obliterated”, USA has done THE WORLD a huge favour. No civilian targets.
There are so many historical events and issues with Iran since the 1979 revolution installing the theocracy, little they have said could be believed. Iran played years of delaying negotiating tactics while pursuing their nuclear ambitions.
Hopefully that is over. What happens next is entirely up to Khomeini.
