Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is undertaking essential resurfacing on the westbound A725 in East Kilbride, between Whitemoss Roundabout and Birniehill Roundabout, from Sunday 3rd August until Saturday 9th August 2025.
This work will require overnight closures of the westbound A725 carriageway between 8pm and 6am each night, as well as overnight lane closures on Whitemoss and Birniehill Roundabouts, Calderwood Road, and Strathaven Road.
Daytime lane closures will also be in place on the Kingsway between 6am and 8pm on Tuesday 5th August and Thursday 7th August 2025.
Signed diversion routes will be in place via Whitemoss Road and Churchill Avenue, rejoining the A725 at Murray Roundabout.
All traffic management will be removed by 6am on Saturday 9th August 2025.
