As part of our ongoing development, Blantyre Telegraph is branching out to include video reels, as well as static image news posts!
This is simply an additional news format, rather than a new change in direction and for YOU, the reader, you’ll see some occasional video stories, (as well as the usual image posts you’ve been used to here for the last 14 years!)
Reels are sized specifically for social media and fit nicely in most devices. Reels will be posted on our Instagram, X, and main website platforms at the same time as Facebook. We’re experimenting with branded video formats over the next few weeks, refining the look and feel of each as we monitor their performance.
