In exciting news for the local community, Bellshill based Fame Xtreme Dance & Cheer’s youth team “Showtime” recently secured a prestigious bid to compete at the All-Star World Championship held in Orlando, Florida from 16th – 19th April 2026.
This incredible opportunity is a dream come true for these young athletes (aged 8-12), who all live within the Lanarkshire area and train at Fame Xtreme Dance & Cheer’s premises located in Bellshill. They now aim to put Scotland on the map as they go head-to-head with the best teams from around the world.
As the team prepares for their trip to America, their fundraising efforts are already underway. The team are also seeking sponsorship from local business and individuals who want to help make this journey possible. All funds raised will contribute towards competition fees and training wear.
