Unfortunately a fire in a popular restaurant in Bothwell has temporarily closed business.
‘The Cut’ restaurant located on Old Mill Road, Bothwell (next to the Cricklewood) caught fire last night and was attended by emergency services including fire services. The blaze was quickly brought under control but has left the business damaged.
In a statement released by Cut this morning, they added, “Unfortunately last night we had a fire within the main hall of our building. The Restaurant, Bar & Kitchen remain untouched and fully intact.
As a result of this, we will need to remain closed. We will have a team on site from 8am on Monday morning to begin repair works. We estimate this will be around 6 weeks, and predominately this will be washing, cleaning, and painting to bring it back to the Cut you all know.
We will try to contact all of our bookings, however please bare with us as we have limited access to booking notes at the present moment. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon!”
