Weather Outlook – Will we See Snow?

Tonight (Monday) will start dry and cold. Cloud building from the west overnight with some patchy rain sleet and snow moving in during the early hours.

Tuesday morning will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow . Snowfall will be heavy at times over higher ground. Turning drier in the evening.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday

Wednesday will be generally dry with variable amounts of cloud through the day. A band of snow will move in from the west overnight which could account for some first snow for Lanarkshire of the year. Thursday will remain rather cloudy with some patchy sleet and snow. Friday will turn mostly dry with sunny spells and patchy cloud.
