Nightmare on the roads this weekend. After yesterday’s motorway closure, and an ongoing accident with large queues on the Bellshill bypass, Traffic Scotland have now confirmed the M8 is closed.
In a statement online, they confirmed, “The M8 is CLOSED westbound at the Kingston Bridge due to a road traffic incident. Please use alternative routes and expect longer than usual journey times.”
