We’ve got a couple of messages about a suspected trespasser at Wheatlands, Blantyre. A male, believed to be in his 30s or so, was observed “trying gates” and was seen in various gardens and driveways around 2pm on Saturday 28th February.
Though this just came to our attention today, it’s a reminder with this sort of suspicious behaviour, people should double check their doors and outbuildings are locked.
It’s been a while since we’ve heard about people being on others property without permission, a quiet Winter so far. With lighter nights coming, let’s all continue to keep a lookout for each other and don’t forget, if you see somebody acting suspiciously, please do call the police in the first instance.
