A reminder that South Lanarkshire Council are currently working on a full upgrade of traffic signals, kerb realignment, drainage improvement and footway improvements at Main Street, High Blantyre.
Work at High Blantyre Cross at the corners of Main Street, Hunthill Road and Douglas Street is expected to last a further week with temporary traffic lights in place. Some queues longer than usual are to be expected for drivers.
