It’s Mother’s Day here in the UK. Today we celebrate the incredible women who shape our lives with love, patience and strength. Mothers, grandmothers, step-mums, adoptive mums and all those who step into a caring role — today is for you.
For many of us, Mother’s Day is also a time to pause and remember the mums who are no longer with us. Though they may be gone from our sight, their love, wisdom and memories continue to live on in the hearts of their families.
We also recognise that Mother’s Day can be difficult for some. For mums facing challenges, those missing their children, or anyone finding today a little heavy, please know you are not alone. Your strength and love still matter, even on the toughest days.
