It’s been long awaited but the sunshine is finally here! We’re entering a week long period of settled, dry weather with temperatures back up to where they should be at this time of year. Tonight will be dry with mainly clear skies, although a few patches of mist and fog may develop locally.
Tomorrow (Friday) will be a dry and fine day with sunshine throughout and possibly the warmest day of the year so far for central Scotland. Plenty of blue skies, it will be a warmer day for many.
Outlook for Saturday to Monday
Saturday will be another dry and warm day with plenty of sunshine, although some cloud will develop later in the evening. Sunday will see a mixture of sunny spells and variable cloud, and it will be less warm. Monday will continue dry with sunny spells and a few areas of cloud.
