Some extensive roadworks taking place this week at the corner of Victoria Street and Nursery Place, High Blantyre.
Scottish Gas Networks have set up already to investigate a reported loss of gas pressure. Some trial digs have taken place in the carriageway though the road still remains passable.
Works are expected to take 3 weeks.
