Vandalism of Newly Planted Trees in Blantyre

Recently planted trees behind Auchinraith Terrace and Parkville Drive have been vandalised, disappointing the local community and volunteers. Blantyreferme Roundabout Update

The Blantyreferme roadworks are advancing with progress on the new roundabout at Blantyre Farm Road and Calder Road. Although the road to Newton remains closed, contractors have finished significant earthworks and kerbing, while drainage and landscaping are in progress. Completion is expected in two months, aiming for a June 2025 opening.
