New Facilities at Priory Playing Fields
New changing rooms have been successfully constructed at the Priory Playing Fields after planning approval on July 17 and site clearance. Located near Blantyre Farm Road, the modular facilities maintain the footprint of the former ones, providing improved amenities for local sports. Parking and access remain the same.

Sportscotland’s Sport Facilities Fund is investing £1 million in sports clubs and community facilities across the UK. Notably, Blantyre Soccer Academy received £200,000 for a new 4G pitch at Larkfield. A total of ten projects in Scotland will benefit from the fund, sharing an overall amount of £1,017,990.
