An 18-year-old woman has been charged after a fatal road accident in Lanarkshire on July 18, 2024, involving an HGV, a Ford Transit flatbed, and a Mini Cooper. The deceased driver, Viorel Ciucu, 50, was pronounced dead at the scene. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
