SP Energy Networks is launching projects in Glasgow and Lanarkshire to enhance network capacity and resilience. Starting on April 27, 2026, upgrades at Callaghan Wynd in Blantyre will last about four weeks, involving cable and substation improvements. Traffic management will be implemented, but resident access and electricity supply will remain unaffected.
