Commiseration’s to Blantyre Vics football club who were recently pipped at the post in the Glasgow Evening Times Football Championships. Vics lost out 3-1 to Pollock, who took the title. It was an exciting game, despite Vics losing out to a penalty.
Blantyre Vics seized their opportunity last weekend to roar to a stunning victory over Adrossan, at home at Castle Park. Their impressive 5-2 win saw the progress to having a place in the Evening Times Champion’s Final. We’ll be reporting on how the Vics fare in the final.
