Amey, representing Transport Scotland, is set to resurface the A725 westbound at Crossbaskets, East Kilbride, from May 15 to May 22, 2025. This project will involve lane closures, a contraflow system, and overnight work with signed diversions in place. Traffic management will conclude by 6am on May 22.
The Council is utilizing the school closure period for carriageway repairs. Calder Street will be closed between Craig and Victoria Streets, as well as Victoria Street between Calder Street and Glasgow Road, from February 17 to 18.
