
Emergency services were called to the house in Westcraigs, Blantyre yesterday, following the discovery of a man’s body.
Police have today confirmed that the body of a male was discovered just before 1.30pm on Thursday 14th November 2019.
A Police Scotland statement was issued as follows: “At around 1.35pm on Thursday, November 14, the body of a man was discovered in a house in the Westcraigs area of Blantyre. A post-mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death, however there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances. A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
