Maggie’s are delighted to hold a one-off event with the Farmers Choir at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on Sunday 23rd February from 3pm. This unique and very special concert will make a difference to people affected by cancer in Lanarkshire.
The farmers and farmer’s wives’ choirs were formed in September 2013 after a call for past and present young farmer members to take part in the 75th Anniversary Concert of the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC). On the 30th November 2013 the choirs took to the stage in the Hydro Arena, Glasgow. The choirs now has over 100 come from all over Scotland including Perthshire, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Dumfries & Galloway, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Fife, Loch Lomond and Campbelltown.
