Faith in humanity and kindness in the community is restored today when we heard of a heartwarming story which took place in Blantyre yesterday.
A Blantyre mum and her two young kids were shopping in LIDL this week and by the time her shopping was calculated at the till, to her surprise the rising cost of food, caught her a little short of the money she had brought with her.
Thankfully, a kind gentleman accompanied by a young woman offered to assist by paying the shortfall of the shopping. The family, who wish to remain anonymous would like to properly say thank you to the kind duo who helped.
