Flood warnings are in place with a yellow weather warning for heavy rain to hit central Scotland tonight according to the Met Office.
Areas affected include North, East and South Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, South Lanarkshire, West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute.
The heavy rain is set to begin around 6pm tonight with localised flooding possible.
