A set of 4 way traffic lights at Hillhouse Road, near Redburn Farm caused chaos for drivers earlier today, Wednesday 4th December.
Long queues formed with some residents taking a long time even to be able to leave their homes and get on to main roads. The traffic jams were along Hillhouse Road and at approaches to Westcraigs and Blantyre Industrial. Thankfully, lights have been cleared later this afternoon.
