The A725 eastbound East Kilbride Expressway near Main Street, High Blantyre will be closed for essential improvements from 8pm on Tuesday, 23rd June until 6am on 24th June.
A diversion will direct traffic off the Expressway to the Main Street off sliproad, rejoining the Expressway further along. This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day by improving the safety and condition of the carriageway in this location.
Work is not to be confused with current off peak grass cutting works in the similar location.
