Main Street in High Blantyre was closed off for a short time yesterday, Wednesday 4th September 2019 whilst emergency services responded to a road accident. Nearby businesses commented that a person was injured shortly after 3pm prompting an emergency response. We do hope the person involved was not seriously hurt and makes a speedy recovery.
