Storm Bram brings flooding and travel disruption to Lanarkshire

Storm Bram is causing widespread disruption across the UK, with cancellations of trains, flights, and ferries. Thousands are without power. Amber wind warnings are in place for Northern Ireland and northern Scotland, anticipating gusts up to 90mph. Local flooding and fallen trees have also been reported in Lanarkshire.
