We’re hearing reports that some homes have had leaflets through their doors from a company named “Resolver Claims Ltd”
Homes with solar panels have been targeted with the leaflet promising to get residents all their money back if they think they have been mis-sold solar panels in the past. As many people will be aware, there were (and still are) issues about the mis-selling of some panels in Blantyre and surrounding areas in previous years.
Please tread carefully before responding to such adverts. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is and professional, trusted advice should be sought from Trading Standards first. An alert is prudent to tread carefully seeking independent advice first, before considering signing or paying for anything.
