Bin Tagging. If your non-recyclable waste (black or green) bin has been tagged, South Lanarkshire Council have confirmed they will not empty it.
This is usually because it is overfilled or there is excess waste, the bin is damaged and unsafe to empty, or , (and please be mindful of this)…..you have presented more than one bin.
