Chatelherault park in Hamilton has had plans approved for a major upgrade.
Proposals include an upgrade to visitor facilities, improvements made to access and paths, plans to enhance the adventure play area, repair historic buildings and introduce new infrastructure to support events.
Indeed, the idea is to make Chatelherault a major destination. A website is planned folllowing a public consultation period with a 10 point plan iniaited by the council. We’ll be posting more in due course.
