With summer holidays now here, South Lanarkshire Council have commenced their programme of surfacing works hoping to mitigate any disruption for drivers.
Next Tuesday, they’ll be working at Hunthill Road, Blantyre (close to the top of Watson Street) to repair patches on the carriageway. Setting up on Tuesday 30th June, work is expected to take 3 working days. Temporary traffic lights may causes some minor disruption for drivers.
