M74 Incident

Avoid the M74 Motorway at Raith if you can. All 4 lanes are now blocked southbound following a serious accident just after 5.15pm this afternoon. This is coming from Glasgow as though heading to Carlisle. Location: M74 J5 (Raith) – J6 (Hamilton). We hope everybody involved is ok.

Blantyre Farm Road Closure

Don’t forget, Blantyre Farm Road is fully closed today at the Haughhead Bridge until 4.00pm. This is to allow bridge inspection works to take place.
