Train firm, Scotrail has announced there is disruption to services this morning due to a broken down train. An issue at Motherwell is causing delays and disruption to services between Cumbernauld and Dalmuir via Motherwell. It’s unknown when this will be resolved. ScotRail has said a train has developed a fault between Blantyre and Newton station in Cambuslang. As of late afternoon, services between Larkhall and Balloch, Milngavie and Motherwell via Blantyre, and Glasgow Central to Newton are subject to delays and alterations.
