Aldi…..still on the agenda

Aldi has narrowed down its list of potential locations for new stores in Scotland to 12, including Blantyre. They seek at least two acres for an 18,000 to 20,000 sq ft store with ample parking, aiming to enhance access to affordable food. This expansion is part of a £43 million investment in Scotland.

The chain seeks community suggestions for suitable land to develop new stores, aiming to increase access to affordable groceries.
