Demolition of First Direct Building at Hamilton Technology Park

Hamilton Technology Park is undergoing significant changes as the former ‘First Direct’ building is being demolished. This follows HSBC’s relocation of staff, rendering the site surplus. The approximately 140,000 sq ft area is now being prepared for future redevelopment rather than reutilization as office space.
