South Lanarkshire Council will be working this week at the village at the bottom of Station Road, Blantyre. Setting up tomorrow, Monday 11th December 2023, work is expected to take 3 working days whilst gully repairs are being carried out.
Loanend Road (at the Peth Brae) will be fully closed between Bardykes Road and Malcolmwood from 9.30am to 3.30pm on Tuesday 19 December for utility repairs. Diversion will be via Bardykes Road, A724 Glasgow Road and Hamilton Road, Flemington Road and Loanend Road and also Flemington Road, Stoneymeadow Road, B7012 Hamilton Road and Hunthill Road.
